This policy explains what information Operant Automation ("we", "us") collects through operantautomation.com and while working with prospects and clients, and how we use it. Questions: contact@operantautomation.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us. Calls are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
Website usage information. Our website host collects basic, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed, referring websites, approximate location and device type. We do not use advertising cookies.
Client data. When we build automations for a client, we may process data held in that client's systems. We do so only to provide our services and only as set out in our written agreement with that client.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling and email providers, and when required by law.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@operantautomation.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor requests as required.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
