The $500 Workflow Audit
We map your current processes, identify which tasks to automate first, and give you a prioritized roadmap with estimated hours saved per process. You know the exact scope and price before you commit to a build, and the $500 is credited in full toward it.
Our guarantee
If we have not delivered a validated automation plan and a working prototype by the end of week 2, you do not pay for the build.
What affects the cost
Number of workflows: one intake workflow costs far less than a whole back office.
Number of systems: each extra app to connect adds build and testing time.
API access: systems with a good API or a Make or Zapier integration are faster to automate.
AI steps: drafting, classifying or extracting data with AI adds design and testing work compared with simple rule-based steps.
Approvals and compliance: human review steps and audit trails add scope.
What a typical law firm project costs
A 6-attorney firm wants to automate client intake, engagement letters and document requests. That is three workflows, which fits Starter: a $2,500 build plus $450 per month, with the $500 audit credited toward the build. First-year cost: $2,500 + (12 × $450) = $7,900, assuming the monthly plan starts once the automations are live.
If those automations save staff 5 hours a week at a loaded cost of $35 an hour, that is 5 × $35 × 52 = $9,100 a year in time saved.
Agency, software or do it yourself?
Do it yourself with Zapier, Make or n8n: the lowest tool cost, but your team designs, builds and maintains everything.
Software with built-in automation: priced per user per month, and often means migrating to a new system.
Done-for-you (Operant Automation): a higher upfront cost, built on the tools you already use, and maintained for you.
