About Operant Automation

Operant Automation is a done-for-you AI workflow automation agency. We design, build and maintain automations for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States, with a focus on law firms, insurance agencies and accounting firms. Clients do not learn new software or manage tools. They get working systems that remove repetitive admin.

The founder

Operant Automation was founded by Andris Bacanu. Andris spent 7+ years in enterprise cybersecurity at a leading global security company, building and managing automation systems for some of the most security-conscious organizations in the world, and holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing.

He founded Operant Automation after seeing the same pattern again and again: small firms doing excellent work for their clients while losing hours every week to copying data between systems, chasing documents and following up by hand. Operant Automation brings enterprise discipline to businesses that do not have an IT department: security first, documented, and tested before anything goes live.

The Operant Automation team combines deep experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and AI, so every automation is secure, reliable and tested before it touches a client's live systems.
